1. Zustandekommen des Vertrages
Sie geben mit Abschluss Ihrer Bezahlung in PayPal ein verbindliches Angebot (Einkauf) ab. Die Annahme dieses Angebots (und damit der Vertragsabschluss) erfolgt durch Zusendung der von Ihnen bestellten Ware.
Der Vertrag kommt somit mit Zusendung der von Ihnen bestellten Ware zustande.

3. Speicherung des Vertragstextes
Ihre Bestelldaten werden in unserem Hause gespeichert.
4. Rückgaberecht
Sie können alle bei Glassery erworbenen Artikel ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt uneingeschränkt zurücksenden. Wir sind berechtigt, im Falle der Rückgabe die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung zu fordern; wir behalten uns jedoch die Ausübung dieses Rechts vor.
Wenn Sie von Ihrem Rückgaberecht innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware Gebrauch machen, wird der Kaufvertrag hinfällig. Die Rücksende-Adresse ist gleichlautend mit der Anschrift bzw. entnehmen Sie bitte der Rechnung, die der an Sie gesandten Ware beiliegt.
Zur Fristwahrung genügt die Mitteilung des Rücknahmeverlangens innerhalb dieses Zeitraums per eMail unter office@glassery.net oder schriftlich an obige Anschrift.
Im Falle der Rückgabe erfolgt eine Gutschrift bereits geleisteter Zahlungen nach Rücksendung der gelieferten Ware.
Sollten die Waren bei der Rücksendung Spuren von Benutzung oder Beschädigung aufweisen, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ersatzansprüche geltend zu machen.
5. Liefervorbehalt
Wir liefern solange der Vorrat reicht. Eine Lieferung erfolgt weltweit.
6. Versandkosten
Bei Glassery zahlen Sie in der Regel unabhängig vom Bestellwert eine Versandkostenbeteiligung in Höhe von € 2,00 für Sendungen innerhalb Österreichs oder € 6,00 für internationale Sendungen. Hierdurch werden die anfallenden Kosten für Porti/Frachten und Verpackung nur teilweise abgedeckt, den Rest übernehmen wir. In Ausnahmefällen müssen wir eine höhere Pauschale in Rechnung stellen. Diese wird entsprechend ausgewiesen. Sollte aus technischen oder logistischen Gründen eine Versendung in mehreren Etappen erfolgen, berechnen wir die Versandkostenbeteiligung natürlich nur einmal.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung bleibt die Ware Eigentum der Schreiter & Schreiter GnbR.
8. Zahlung, Fälligkeit, Zahlungsverzug
Die Bezahlung der Waren erfolgt mittels Kreditkarte über PayPal. Die Abbuchung erfolgt sofort.
Die Bezahlung durch Senden von Bargeld oder Schecks ist leider nicht möglich. Wir schließen eine Haftung bei Verlust aus.
Sollten Sie mit Ihren Zahlungen in Verzug geraten, so behalten wir uns vor, Ihnen Mahngebühren in Rechnung zu stellen.

Terms and Conditions of Supply.
Schreiter & Schreiter GnbR aim to give you a superb on line shopping experience. This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply the products (Products) listed on our website www.glassery.net (our Site) to you and it sets out what you can expect from us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Site as by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
www.glassery.net is a site operated by Schreiter & Schreiter GnbR (We). We are located in Austria with our office at Mozartgasse 1, 7201 Neudörfl.
2. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
2.1 Our Site invites you to make an offer to buy our Products. You make an offer by placing an order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy our Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between you and us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
2.2 The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
2.3 You undertake that all Products ordered by you are for your personal use only and are not for resale.
2.4 We reserve the right to reject any order we receive from you.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
3.1 We need to make sure that you can enter into the Contract with us. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old. You agree that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering and purchasing Products are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own.
3.2 You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use our Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone or permit anyone to use your username or password.
3.3 If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
4. CONSUMER RIGHTS
4.1 You have a statutory right to cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products excluding any delivery charges. You will however, have to pay the cost of returning the Product to us.
4.2 To exercise your right to cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing either by emailing office@glassery.net or by letter to Glassery, Mozartgasse 1, 7201 Neudörfl, Austria. You must also return the Product to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it and at your own risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 We will deliver to the delivery address provided by you. Our standard delivery service normally takes 3-5 working days, however this is only a guide to the delivery date and time will not be of the essence in relation to delivery.
5.2 Where you have ordered more than one Product we may deliver your products to you in instalments.
5.3 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when the Products are delivered.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site at the time that we receive your order, except in cases of obvious error or where the price has changed due to reasons beyond our control such as alteration in applicable taxes. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
6.2 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
6.3. Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
6.4 If we have not notified you of the correct price prior to delivery the Products the Delivery Note which accompanies your Products on delivery will contain the correct price. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. However, in any event that the price confirmed to you in the Delivery Note is higher than the price displayed on the Site at the time of your order you may return the Products in the same condition in which you received them, within 28 days of receipt in accordance with our “Refund and Return Policy” set out below.
6.5 Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card via PayPal.
6.6 Your card will be debited with the value of your order and will appear on your statement.
7. OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
7.1 If you change your mind you have 14 days (including weekends and bank holidays) to return the Products. If you wish to do this you must notify us in writing either by email to office@glassery.net or by letter to Glassery, Mozartgasse 1, 7201 Neudörfl, Austria. If we have received your notice prior to your order being dispatched we will refund the full order value. If you are in receipt of your order a refund of the amount paid (excluding the delivery charge) will be issued only upon return of the Product to us in the same condition in which you received it. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product.
7.2 If you wish to return a Product because you are not satisfied with the Product or the Product is faulty please notify us in writing either by email to office@glassery.net or by letter to Glassery, Mozartgasse 1, 7201 Neudörfl, Austria and return the Product to us immediately. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of whether a refund will be paid via e-mail or post within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
8. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time
8.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Payment Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products). Therefore we recommend that you check this page periodically to review our current policy.
9. GENERAL
9.1 Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. For legal and contractual purposes, you agree that electronic means of communication such as email and web postings will be considered to be communications in writing.
9.2 All notices given by you to us must be given to either by email to office@glassery.net or by letter to Glassery, Mozartgasse 1, 7201 Neudörfl, Austria. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order or via a posting on our Site, Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our Site, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter.
9.3 You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
9.4 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, the failure of any machinery and/or information systems or telecommunications systems. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
9.5 If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
9.6 If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.7 These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
10. LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by Austrian law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Burgenland, Austria.
